| English abstract | The objective is to analyze the significance that the judicial interpretation has established to the principles included in our Constitution for the reform of 2011. We start from the idea that it is evident the importance to the justice impartation in Mexico, they have had judgments of the Inter-American Court of Human Rights; plus they incur profoundly in the constitutional reform, among other aspects, by the pressure that its content signified for the inclusion of these principles |
