| Spanish abstract | En el Distrito Federal el condominio cuenta con reconocimiento jurídico como persona moral; no obstante, debido a que esta afirmación proviene de una norma de carácter general y no particular o especial, en la práctica las obligaciones pecuniarias del mismo frente a terceros se hacen recaer, no en el patrimonio propio y limitado de éste como sucede con cualquier otra persona moral, sino en el de los propietarios condóminos que lo integran; situación que coloca a estos últimos en riesgo de perder, no sólo sus derechos condominales, sino todos los demás bienes de su propiedad, ajenos al condominio, que les pudieran pertenecer |
| English abstract | In Mexico City the condo has legal recognition as a moral person; however, due to this statement comes from a norm of general and not particular or special, in practice the pecuniary obligations of same front to third parties makes them fall back, not in the proper heritage and limited to this, as with any other moral person, but of the condominium owners that integrate it; situation that places the latter in risk of losing, not only their condominium rights, but of all other property owned, unconnected to the condominium which could belong to them |
