| Spanish abstract | Este artículo versa sobre la evolución histórica de LA JURISPRUDENCIA, desde la época romana, la medieval, la formación del derecho ingles y norteamericano, y sus antecedentes en nuestro derecho, por lo que se destacan los acontecimientos más relevantes que dieron forma a dicha figura jurídica, de cómo se conocía en la antigüedad y cual fue su desarrollo. De una actividad religiosa y política, después se emplea para buscar los principios fundamentales que conforman la ciencia jurídica, más adelante se utiliza como criterio de interpretación y al final se convierte en una técnica para la solución de casos |
| English abstract | This article briefly deals with the historical background of JURISPRUDENCE, from Roman and Medieval times, the Natural Law, the origin of American and English Laws, to its background in our Law. The main events which gave rise such legal figure are highlighted, as well as the way in which it was seen in ancient times and its evolution. From being a religious and political activity, it then became an interpretation criterion and then an expression of fundamental principles that make up legal science; however, it also became a technique to solve cases |
