| English abstract | The aim of this essay is to identify the problem of exercising and realizing power and the State in the postmodern age, considering not only Political Science and Administrative Law, but also some foundations of the Theory of the State and Political Anthropology. It is a critical revision of some essential postulates of the German school of Law, where the issues implied in the neo fascism phenomenon are present, and the concurring projections in the current neoliberal model are established |
