| English abstract | The objective of this article is to reflect on the transgressive social manifestations of the right of autonomy in relation to the LGBT community. It is transcendental to look at this type of social behavior with incidents in the law and through this thorough analysis know the management of these relationships, delving into their future to determine if there are manifestations that account for behaviors with homophobic, abuse and discrimination. |
