| Spanish abstract | En un mundo tan cambiante y competitivo como en el que vivimos, se hace necesario estar acorde a dichos cambios, es por esto que los derechos laborales no podrían estar aislados a dichos cambios, es por esto que se hace necesario entrar a analizar de manera detallada los avances normativos en el sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud en el trabajo SG-SST, donde es a partir de dicho estudio que se podrá apreciar no solo los avances normativos sino el impacto que estos avances han tenido en la sociedad ya que la creación de normas obedece a que existan patrones de conducta que deben ser respetados por los empleadores para con los derechos de sus empleados |
| English abstract | In a world as changing and, competitive as in which we live, it is necessary to be consistent with these changes, which is why labor rights could not be isolated to such changes, which is why it is necessary to analyze in detail the normative advances in the management system of health and safety at work SG-SST, where it is from this study that it will be possible to appreciate not only the normative progress but also the impact that these advances have had on society since the creation of standards is due to the existence of patterns of behavior that must be respected by employers for the rights of their employees |
