| Spanish abstract | El objetivo de la investigación fue el de interpenetrar entre gnosis y episteme en la gestión desesperada que la potencialidad humana le da un sentido universal y trascendente al aprendizaje, a la vez que garantiza el valor inmanente en la generación del conocimiento. El verdadero aprendizaje llega al corazón de lo que significa el ser humano, ya que a través del aprendizaje nos re-creamos y formamos parte del proceso generativo de la vida. Cuando se intenta insertar conocimientos particulares, ante la subjetividad de supuestos trascendentes, los resultados derivan en explicaciones reducidas, lo que da cabida a falacias de tipo “petición de principio”, nada ideales para ambientes de aprendizaje organizacional con efectos de sabiduría trascendental y transformativa. Además, continuar con la gran carga pesada de la historia y su herencia en el abordaje de problemas de contexto organizacional que solo le resta importancia a la fuerza de la interpenetración entres sujeto y objeto. Ya es suficiente deducción la interacción entre el hombre y su contexto, su comportamiento reactivo y su respuesta enfocada a ese instante |
| English abstract | The objective of the research was to interpenetrate gnosis and episteme in the desperate management of human potential, which gives a universal and transcendent sense to learning, while guaranteeing the immanent value in the generation of knowledge. True learning reaches the heart of what the human being means, since through learning we re-create ourselves and become part of the generative process of life. When trying to insert particular knowledge, given the subjectivity of transcendent assumptions, the results derive in reduced explanations, which allows for fallacies of type "principle request", nothing ideal for organizational learning environments with transcendental and transformative wisdom effects. In addition, continuing with the heavy burden of history and its heritage in addressing organizational context problems only detracts from the strength of the interpenetration between subject and object. The interaction between man and his context, his reactive behavior and his response focused at that moment is enough |
