| Spanish abstract | En este ensayo se aborda el problema de inteligibilidad que plantean los tres relatos redactados por José Revueltas durante su encierro en Lecumberri después de la represión del movimiento estudiantil de 1968 y que fueron recogidos en el volumen Material de los sueños: “Hegel y yo”, “El reojo del yo” y “Ezequiel o la matanza de los inocentes”. Después de revisar algunos importantes trabajos críticos en donde se tematiza el carácter hermético de dichos textos, el artículo sugiere una contextualización conceptual basada en la relectura de algunos pasajes teórico-políticos del propio Revueltas, así como de otros pensadores, y traza una línea de inteligibilidad mediante la descripción del funcionamiento de esa mímesis hermética |
| English abstract | This essay addresses the problem of intelligibility suggested by the three stories written by José Revueltas during his confinement in Lecumberri after the repression of the 1968 student movement; stories which were collected in the book Material de los sueños: “Hegel and I”, “The side of the self” and “Ezekiel, or the slaughter of the innocent.” After reviewing some important critical works where the hermetic nature of these texts is thematized, the article suggests a conceptual contextualization based on the rereading of some theoretical-political passages by Revueltas himself, as well as by other thinkers, and draws a line of intelligibility by describing the operation of that hermetic mimesis |
