| English abstract | The Seminar, book 11: the four fundamental concepts of psychoanalysis, Lacan points out that the subject is constituted from a double operation – alienation and separation – arising not only from the field of the Other as treasure of signifiers, but also a relationship in which there re mains a lack, a remnant without representation. Thus, he begins to neurosis as an attempt to outline this point of failure, traumatic, unassimilable, called real. Whereas adolescence as a time when “real coup” befalls the subject, since it reifies the fund amental human helplessness to unveil the fault of another, it is pointing to the importance of the analyst, it is the listen to young people that opens the possibility of them taking responsibility for their own destiny. This discussion is within the conte xt of the ethics of psychoanalysis for pointing out the fallacy of wanting - good - the - subject, since this constituted from the real, resists any attempt to pastoral trumpeted the moral. We report a clinical case, articulating an experience of working in a mu nicipal shelter with the theory and clinical psychoanalysis on adolescence |

| Portuguese abstract | Em O Seminário, livro 11: os quatro conceitos fundamentais da psicanálise , Lacan assinala que o sujeito se constitui a partir de uma dupla operação - alienação e separação – advindo não somente do campo do Outro enquanto tesouro dos significantes, mas também de uma relação na qual subsiste uma falta, um resto sem representação. Assim, passa a conceber a neurose como tentativa de fazer contorno a esse ponto de falta, traumático, inassimilável, chamado de real. Considerando a adolescência como momento em que um “golpe de real” se abate sobre o sujeito, uma vez que reifica o desam paro fundamental do humano ao desvelar a falha do Outro, trata - se de apontar a importância do fazer do psicanalista, pois é ao escutar os jovens que se abre a possibilidade deles próprios se responsabilizarem pelo seu destino. Essa discussão insere - se no â mbito da ética da psicanálise por apontar a falácia de querer - o - bem - do - sujeito, já que este, constituído a partir do real, resiste a qualquer tentativa de pastoral apregoada pela moral.
