| English abstract | Os sertões brings epithets that make up a tangle of contradictory views, and often little justified in their claims, about a polarization discriminating artistic aspects and positivists of the work. His deliberately fictional form only recently had their problems properly researched. The central idea of this work is guided on the original concept of geopoetics developed by Ronaldes de Mello e Souza, which sets the text of Euclides in the presence of a multiple personalize fiction centered on the figure of a narrator who draws six people: "itinerant observer", "nature painter", "theater director", "dialectical investigator" "spotlight dramatic” and “ironic historian” |
| Portuguese abstract | Os sertões congrega epítetos que conformam um emaranhado de visões contraditórias, e muitas vezes pouco fundamentadas em suas assertivas, a respeito de uma polarização que discrimina aspectos artísticos e positivistas da obra. Sua forma deliberadamente ficcional apenas recentemente teve sua problemática devidamente pesquisada. A ideia central deste trabalho se pauta no conceito original de geopoética, desenvolvido por Ronaldes de Melo e Souza, que configura o texto de Euclides na vigência de uma ficção multipersonativa centrada na figura de um narrador que se vale de seis personas: “observador itinerante”, “pintor da natureza”, “encenador teatral”, “investigador dialético” “refletor dramático” e “historiador irônico” |
