| Spanish abstract | Léna Bergner fue una diseñadora textil formada en la Bauhaus; trabajó en Moscú y fue directora técnica de diseño de la fábrica Dekorativtkan. En 1939 viajó a México, donde trabajó durante 10 años con su pareja, el arquitecto Hannes Meyer, y colaboró con el Taller de Gráfica Popular (tgp) y el Comité Administrador del Programa Federal de Construcción de Escuelas (capfce). Esta investigación pretende dar a conocer el trabajo material e intelectual de la diseñadora, para valorar una labor que no ha sido estudiada por la historia de la arquitectura y el diseño |
| English abstract | Léna Bergner was a textile designer trained at the Bauhaus. She worked in Moscow and was the technical design director for the Dekorativtkan factory. In 1939 she traveled to Mexico where she worked for ten years with her husband, architect Hannes Meyer, and collaborated with the Taller de Gráfica Popular, tgp (Popular Graphics Workshop) and the Comité Administrador del Programa Federal de Construcción de Escuelas, capfce (Administrative Committee of the Federal Schools Construction Program).
