In the 1940s, she applied some of the most valuable skillsof the American film industry, such as innovation, knowledge of themarket and a powerful work ethic. Her life experience reveals howreturn migration can nurture successful entrepreneurship in Mexico. Italso demonstrates, on a theoretical level, that personal qualities, and notsocial macro conditions, are the central factor behind successful returnmigration. |
