| Resumen en español | A nivel mundial la ovinocultura se está convirtiendo en una actividad pecuaria de gran importancia, debido a la necesidad de satisfacer la demanda creciente de carne ovina para consumo humano. En México existe una demanda creciente de más de 85 000 toneladas de carne ovina. De las cuales casi 40 000 toneladas son importadas. Estas se comercializan en el mercado nacional y local a un precio de $33.00/kg de canal, en el cual hay una diferencia de $9.00 con respecto al kilogramo de los canales estatal a favor del importado. En la ovinocultura de Nayarit existen indicadores que prometen que esta actividad económica si se realiza de manera empresarial es rentable, siempre y cuando se vincule la producción con la investigación aplicada en el proceso productivo optimizando los recursos económicos. Actualmente el estado de Nayari t, es uno de los más bajos productores de ganado ovino a nivel nacional; con un inventario de de 38,899 cabezas. Los parámetros productivos encontrados son bajos con respecto a los indicadores nacionales en todos los aspectos independientemente del sistema de producción |
| Resumen en inglés | At world-wide level the production ovine this becoming a cattle activity of great importance, due to the necessity to satisfy the increasing demand of ovine meat for human consumption. In Mexico exists an increasing demand of more than 85 000 tons of ovine meat. Of which almost 40 000 tons are concerned. These are commercialized in the national and local market to a price of $33.00/kg of channel. In which there is a difference of $9,00 with respect to the kilogram of the channels state in favour of the mattered one. In the production ovine of Nayarit exist indicators that promise that this economic activity if it is made of enterprise way he is profitable. As long as the production with the investigation applied in the productive process ties optimizing the economic resources. At the moment Nayarit is one of but the low producers of ovine cattle at national level; with an inventory of 38895 heads. The found productive parameters are low with respect to the national indicators in all the aspects independently of the production system |
