| Spanish abstract | En el extenso y variopinto campo psicoanalítico, algunos han creído que el superyó, por ser un dique contra los deseos incestuosos, es totalmente normativo y regulador de los vínculos humanos. Incluso algunos han sostenido que la instauración del mismo en el psiquismo, consagra la autonomía del sujeto. Para Freud y Lacan, es todo lo contrario.1 Indagar acerca de esa instancia psíquica, planteada por el fundador del psicoanálisis, y ver su otra cara, aquella que exhibe crueldad y sadismo, nos podría ayudar a saber más acerca del sufrimiento que generan los síntomas, de la angustia y de la inoperancia de la ley en muchos casos y en muchos aspectos de la vida en sociedad. Esto último se traduce en que, a pesar de las leyes, mandatos y campañas de promoción, se sigan presentando comportamientos que indican excesos pulsionales, tanto de la sexualidad como de la agresividad |
| English abstract | In the vast and varied field of psychoanalysis, some believe that the superego, as a bulwark against the incestuous desires, is totally legal and regulator of human bonds. Some have even argued that its introduction in the psyche, affirms the subject’s autonomy. But according to Freud and Lacan, it is the opposite.2 Inquiring about this psychic instance considered by the founder of psychoanalysis, and face its other side, the one that exhibits cruelty and sadism, could help us to learn more about the suffering generated by symptoms of anxiety and ineffectiveness of law in many cases and aspects of life in society. This means that, instinctual behaviors, and excesses of both sex drives and aggression remain despite of laws, regulations and preventive campaigns |
