| Spanish abstract | En junio de 2012 se aprobó el Tratado de Beijing Sobre Interpretaciones y Ejecuciones Audiovisuales (BTAP). Acá nos referimos a sus normas más importantes y cómo ellas protegen a los artistas a propósito de las fijaciones audiovisuales de sus interpretaciones y ejecuciones. Así mismo, hacemos un análisis de algunas normas del proyecto de Ley para la Protección Integral del Artista y Cultor Nacional, de relevancia para el tema en estudio, el cual fue aprobado en primera discusión durante el año 2013 por la Asamblea Nacional de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela |
| English abstract | The Beijing Treaty on Audiovisual Performances (BTAP) was approved in June 2012. In this study we refer to its most important standards and how they protect artists in the audiovisual fixations of their performances and productions. Also, we analyze some articles from the draft of the Law for Integral Protection of the Artist and National Cultivator, of relevance to the subject under study, which was approved in its first reading in 2013 by the National Assembly of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela |
