| Spanish abstract | En este trabajo, abordamos, una parte de los temas más controvertidos del sexenio como son las reformas estructurales atadas al “Pacto por México”, que se trata de las más ambiciosas y regresivas de las últimas décadas. Como parte de ellas y del proyecto desnacionalizador, llegan las reformas laborales propuestas por Enrique Peña Nieto, para legitimar y acreditar el Tratado Transpacífico, junto al análisis del contenido de las reformas laborales, recordamos el TLCAN y sus promesas: los Derechos Humanos y los Acuerdos Paralelos, que fueron promesas incumplidas que se pretenden reeditar. Sin evaluar la reforma laboral de 2012, propone sustituir las Juntas de Conciliación y Arbitraje por Juzgados y Tribunales |
| English abstract | In this paper, we address a part of the most controversial issues of the presidential term as structural reforms that are tied to the “Pact for Mexico,” which is the most ambitious and regressives of recent decades. As part of them and denationalizing project, the labor reforms proposed by Enrique Peña Nieto arrive, to legitimize and certify the Transpacific Treaty, together with the analysis of the content of labor reforms, remember the NAFTA and its promises: Human Rights and Agreements parallel, which were, broken promises that are intended to reedit.
