Resumen en inglés | Objective:To evaluate lung function in patients with cystic fibrosis undergoing an exercise program. Methodology:The study sample consisted of 14 participants, divided into experimental group (GE) and control group (CG), in which the EG was submitted to a protocol of aerobic exercises and supervised respiratory physiotherapy and the GC to unsupervised breathing exercises. Pulmonary function was assessed through spirometry and manuovacuometry before and after interventions, with 40 sessions respectively.
