| Resumen en inglés | Teaching practice states that, in order to create a good relationship and to properly control a group of students in a classroom is required to apply certain strategies that will facilitate the control of the different manifestations, behaviors and personalities of the students to make the teaching-learning process an enjoyable experience between teacher and students and thereby create a healthy, cordial and respectful underpinned by values that promote the creation of a fertile field in which meaningful learning fully exercised . The approach in this project is that adequate teacher- student relationship should be characterized by the integration of a great deal of flexibility in the treatment of both with the aim of creating spaces beyond the orthodox, that allow not only an enrichment of the relationship but, rather, in the educational process on the basis of a tolerance established in mutual agreement and accepted by the educational institution. |
| Resumen en español | La práctica docente establece que, con el objetivo de crear una buena relación y para controlar adecuadamente un grupo de alumnos dentro de un salón de clases se requiere aplicar ciertas estrategias que permitan y faciliten el control de las diferentes manifestaciones, comportamientos y personalidades de los estudiantes para hacer del Proceso Enseñanza- Aprendizaje una experiencia grata entre Docente y Alumnos y, con ello, crear un ambiente sano, cordial y respetuoso sustentado en valores que propicien la creación de un campo fértil en el que se ejercite plenamente un aprendizaje significativo. El planteamiento en este trabajo considera que una adecuada relación Docente-Alumno debe caracterizarse por la integración de una buena dosis de flexibilidad en el trato entre ambos con el objetivo de crear espacios, más allá de lo ortodoxo, que permitan un enriquecimiento no tan solo de la relación social sino, más aún, en el mejoramiento del aprendizaje teniendo la fortaleza de esos espacios diseñados en el acuerdo mutuo y aceptados por la institución educativa. |
