| Resumen en español | Tradicionalmente los inventarios fueron vistos dentro de la gestión empresarial como un mal necesario para garantizar la continuidad de la producción, la gestión empresarial actual está necesitada de una adecuada gestión y control de los inventarios, donde debe primar el criterio de mantener las cantidades mínimas necesarias que permitan absorber el impacto de la variabilidad e incertidumbre asociadas a la operación, garantizando la máxima satisfacción del cliente y la eficiencia de la entidad. La economía cubana se encuentra inmersa en un proceso de cambios para la aplicación del nuevo Modelo de Gestión Económica, enfocado en lograr el perfeccionamiento del sistema empresarial, la eficiencia económica y la sostenibilidad del proceso de desarrollo, para lo cual busca como uno de sus principales objetivos mantener una administración y control de los inventarios eficaz, acorde a las necesidades actuales. Tal es así que constituye un planteamiento importante dentro de los Lineamientos de la Política Económica y Social del Partido y la Revolución en su capítulo XII Modelo de gestión económica, enunciado en el Lineamiento 312 «Ejercer un efectivo control sobre la gestión de compras y la rotación de inventarios en toda la red comercial, tanto mayorista como minorista, con vistas a minimizar la inmovilización de recursos y pérdidas». Es por ello que se hace necesaria la búsqueda de materiales que te permitan identificar fácil y claramente cómo controlar estos recursos imprescindibles en el mundo empresarial que te garantizan la eficiencia |
| Resumen en inglés | Traditionally inventories were seen, within the management like a necessary evil to guarantee the continuity of production, however the present-day management is once an adequate step was required and control of the inventories, where the opinion of maintaining the minimal necessary quantities that guarantee the continuity of the whole flow in the logistic chain that they enable to absorb the impact of variability and uncertainty correlated to the operation, guaranteeing the customer's maximum satisfaction and the entity's efficiency should have priority. Such is well then the Model XII of cost-reducing step enunciated in the Guideline constitutes an important proposal within the Guidelines of the Cost-Reducing and Social Policy of the Game and the Revolution in his chapter 312 Ejercer an effective control on the step of shopping and the rotation of inventories in all of the commercial net, so much wholesaler like retailer, with an eye to minimize the resourceful immobilization and losses.
