Resumen en español The present researching article presents the results of a work whose objective was to determine the Mind Theory (MT) characteristics in Attention- Hyperactivity Deficit Dysfunction. As variables, attributions of false beliefs, pragmatic language and attributions to the lookwereevaluated. These variables assessment conform the specific goals. For the study the ex post factumdesign was used, with groups’comparison, cases and controls. The instruments used were the task of false beliefs attribution, the test of the look and the test of the Heppé’s strangestories; we count on a sample of 36 subjects divided in two groups, one of the cases (18 children with TDAH) and one of controls (18 healthy children), The results showed that the groups of cases presented significant differences with regard to the group control, showing an inferior yield in the tasks of attribution of false belief, and pragmatic language, but they didn't show up significant differences in the attribution to the look. We concluded that Mind Theory (MT) can show up as an explanatory factor of the deficiencies in social abilities that have children with TDAH, taking in mind that it has to be understood from the Barkley’sex ecutive functions hybrid pattern
