Resumen en español | El clima laboral es un factor determinante dentro de las organizaciones publicas y privadas; independientemente de su objeto social, este influye en la consecucion de los objetivos estrategicos, tanto en lo individual como en colectivo. En los ultimos anos, los estudios sobre clima organizacional se han incrementado rapidamente, ya que las organizaciones publicas y privadas lo consideran como uno de los elementos basicos para generar valor. Es asi como el objetivo de este articulo es describir el panorama referente a los estudios de clima organizacional, para lo cual se reviso la literatura existente en revistas arbitradas, tesis doctorales a nivel posgrado, libros y comunicacion en congresos.AbstractThe work climate is a determining factor within public and private organizations; Regardless of its social purpose, this influences the achievement of strategic objectives, both individually and collectively.
