Resumen en inglés | The present paper is a review of the current situation in high efficiency solar cell for production of energy for special applications. The comparison of the most popular Si, GaAs, InGaP and InP solar cells, as well as their parameter variation with increasing temperature, radiation treatments and improving design have been analyzed. The conditions of the solar cell operation in the space and the requirements for modern advanced devices are discussed as well |
