| Resumen en inglés | The present research work project is based on the design and simulation of a cocoa peeling machine, which is a more optimum and fast way can obtain the product in a shorter production time, according to the types of scrappers, it has been chosen to design a scraper with a 2hp engine which has been carried out research to analyse primary elements and the use of a SOLIDWORKS design program is determined, which allowed us to obtain dimensions set as well as planes, and their respective simulation of the most relevant parts.The design of this machine is intended to establish or incentivize agricultural producers to take as an alternative the use of the depopulating machines since not much investment is needed besides the use of the technology which helps to improve and speed up the process of extraction of cocoa pulp in the crops thus reducing production costs.In turn, when designing a cocoa disposal machine with a 2HP engine, continuous improvement is promoted, offering high-quality products and satisfying demand for the customer or on the market, therefore, contribute what is in continuous improvement, determining the parameters, selecting the appropriate alternatives, designing and selecting each of the elements, based on designs, and performing the operation tests |
