No obstante el desarrollo de nuevas tecnologías, en la mayoría de los países, la técnica más apropiada y aceptada para medir la filtración glomerular es la depuración de creatinina en orina de 24 horas, que tiene la ventaja de ser confiable, fácil de reproducir, no tiene limitaciones técnicas y, sobre todo, es económica |
Resumen en inglés | The measurement of the glomerular filtration shows the degree of the functional qualities and the proficiency of the renal system. Despite of new technologies, at present the best accepted technique for measuring the glomerular filtration in most countries, is the clearance of creatinine in 24 hour urine. The clearance of creatinine has the advantage that it is confident, easy to reproduce, without technical limitations and low cost |
