| Resumen en español | Indudablemente, la pandemia provocada por el SARS-CoV-2 trastocó las actividades diarias en el estado y todo el país, así como las actividades cotidianas gubernamentales. El ejecutivo estatal, a fin de salvaguardar la salud y prevenir el contagio del virus, tanto del personal como de los ciudadanos, ordenó mediante el periódico oficial una serie de disposiciones generales para intentar controlar la pandemia, sin dejar de prestar, en la medida de lo posible, la atención al ciudadano, cerrando inclusive algunos meses las dependencias no esenciales y dejando a decisión de los titulares de cada una de éstas la implementación de soluciones y medidas para atender a la ciudadanía. Algunas dependencias contaban con la tecnología suficiente para dar servicio vía Internet y otras, como esta Comisión Estatal de Arbitraje Médico que no cuentan con dicha tecnología, tuvieron que improvisar alternativas conforme iba pasando el tiempo para no dejar de otorgar los servicios que se brindan, como asesorar, gestionar atención médica, ofrecer conferencias, pero postergando el debido seguimiento a expedientes, elaboración de dictámenes médicos solicitados por las autoridades de procuración e impartición de justicia y recepción de inconformidades nuevas, que contrario a lo que se pudo pensar, fueron pocas relacionadas con la atención por COVID-19 |
| Resumen en inglés | Undoubtedly, SARS-CoV-2 pandemic has disrupted daily activities in the state and throughout the country, with daily government activities not being the exception. The state Governor, in order to guarantee health and prevent the spread of the virus to both, state employees and the rest of population, commanded through the official state gazette, a series of general decree to seek the control of the pandemic, while continuing to provide as much as possible, the attention to the population; even nonessential dependencies were closed for a few months and leaving the decision of the holders of each of these, to implement solutions and measures to serve the citizens; Some government dependencies have enough technology to provide service through internet, and others like this State Medical Arbitration Commission does not have such technology, alternatives had to be improvised as time went by, so in order to not stop providing the services that are granted in what was possible such as legal advice, managing medical care, conferences, but postponing the due follow-up of files, preparation of medical dictums requested by authorities of prosecution and administration of justice and reception of new medical complaint, which contrary to what could be thought, were few are related to COVID-19 |
