| Resumen en español | Las perspectivas que tiene la Docencia Universitaria y el auge en el acceso a plataformas conversacionales (chatbot) de inteligencia artificial (IA) impactan significativamente en la manera como actualmente se genera contenido. Cada año surgen nuevos desarrollos tecnológicos y cada uno se abre paso para atender una facilidad informativa, ilustrativa, multimedia y/o reconstructiva, obligando a las y los docentes a fortalecerse con mayores habilidades creativas y tecnológicas que les permitan concebir el diseño didáctico, la gestión académica del curso, la evaluación de los aprendizajes con el uso de estrategias innovadoras confiables sobre la producción estudiantil. Estas plataformas de chatbot están generando rechazo principalmente por desconocimiento de uso y por cuestionamientos a la autenticidad de la información que generan. En este artículo se presenta información referencial y comparativa sobre las IA más utilizadas, describiendo aspectos técnicos, éticos e interesantes. Relacionándolo así, con las bondades-limitaciones de la usabilidad en el contexto educativo venezolano. |
| Resumen en inglés | The perspectives of University Teaching and the rise in access to artificial intelligence (AI) conversational platforms (chatbot) significantly impact the way content is currently generated. Every year new technological developments emerge and each one makes its way to serve an informative, illustrative, multimedia and/or reconstructive facility, forcing teachers to strengthen themselves with greater creative and technological skills that allow them to conceive didactic design, management academic of the course, the evaluation of learning with the use of reliable innovative strategies on student production. These chatbot platforms are generating rejection mainly due to lack of knowledge of their use and questions about the authenticity of the information they generate. This article presents reference and comparative information on the most used AIs, describing technical, ethical and interesting aspects. Relating it in this way to the benefits-limitations of usability in the Venezuelan educational context. |
