| Resumen en español | El artículo se presenta con la finalidad de ampliar el alcance de las funciones tradicionales de las instituciones concernientes a la sensibilidad y salvaguardia del patrimonio cultural, a través de un sistema de acciones para preservar el patrimonio cultural vivo desde el Museo Provincial Mayor General Vicente García González de Las Tunas. El estudio se basó esencialmente en el análisis de los elementos de alcance teórico sobre desarrollo cultural y patrimonio cultural vivo, para establecer las relaciones desde lo conceptual-metodológico que tributen a fomentar los valores en estudiantes de Gestión Sociocultural para el Desarrollo y en beneficio del desarrollo cultural en el territorio tunero. | Resumen en inglés | The article is presented with the purpose of expanding the scope of the traditional functions of the institutions concerning the sensitivity and safeguarding of cultural heritage, through a system of actions to preserve the living cultural heritage from the Major General Vicente García González Provincial Museum of Las Tunas. The study was essentially based on the analysis of the elements of theoretical scope on cultural development and living cultural heritage, in order to establish the relationships from the conceptual-methodological point of view that contribute to promote values in students of Sociocultural Management for Development and for the benefit of cultural development in the territory of Las Tunas. All this provides elements that allow transforming the reality in the institutions in favor of identifying and preserving the intangible heritage |
