| Resumen en español | El presente trabajo sintetiza la investigación de los sistemas integrados de gestión referente a las normas ISO 9001, ISO 14001 y OHSA 18001 que rigen los sistemas de gestión de la calidad, los sistemas de gestión medio ambiental y los sistemas de gestión de prevención de riesgos laborales, el conocimiento de las normas y la implantación de las estrategias para la integración de las mismas, así como también, los beneficios que aporta a las organizaciones que se muestra como una apuesta segura en la eficiencia y eficacia de los resultados de los procesos. Para lograr esto se debe incentivar a las organizaciones a implantar los sistemas de gestión de manera integrada y no por separado como aun existen organizaciones, esto de manera de incrementar mejoras en los resultados, minimización en los costos acortando los tiempos de gestión.Durante años se ha visto que las empresas y organizaciones han implantado los sistemas de gestión por separados por desconocimiento de cómo integrarlos lo que incrementasus costos, alargando los tiempos de sus gestiones, sin embargo, este trabajo intenta incentivar a las empresas integrar sus sistemas de gestión y capacitar a su personal para mantener la fusión de los tres sistemas de gestión |
| Resumen en inglés | The present work synthesizes the investigation of the Integrated Systems of Management that refer to the norms ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSA 18001 that establish the Systems of Management of the Quality, the Systems of Environmental Management and the Systems of Management of Prevention of Risks Labor, the knowledge of the norms and the implantation of the strategies for the integration of the same, as well as, the benefits that offer the organizations that show like a sure bet in the efficiency and effectiveness of the results of the processes. To achieve this, organizations must be encouraged to implement management systems in an integrated way and not separately as they still exist, this in order to improve profits in the results, minimizing the management costs of management times.For years it has been seen that companies and organizations have implemented management systems separately due to the lack of knowledge that the integrals increase their costs, extending the time of transactions, however, this work tries to encourage companies to integrate the systems of management and train their staff to maintain the fusion of the three Management Systems |
