Resumen en español | Se trata de una investigación de tipo antropológica que tuvo como objetivo estudiar desde la etnografía el fenómeno religioso del culto a los difuntos, realizando una descripción y análisis filosófico-antropológico del fenómeno natural de la muerte y sus representaciones simbólicas. Dicho estudio se llevó a cabo en el colectivo social del Consejo de Ciruma, ubicado en el municipio Miranda del estado Zulia. Para tal efecto, se presenta una revisión teórica pertinente, con el objeto de comprender la noción de muerte desde una perspectiva interdisciplinaria: filosófica, antropológica y religiosa. Así mismo, se implementó el método etnográfico, como una estrategia de mediación con el fenómeno a estudiar, mediante las técnicas de entrevistas a informantes clave, registro de datos y observación de los ritos funerarios, destacando los sentidos y significados que se tiene frente a la muerte, mediante la descripción de las etapas del rito funerario, para determinar que el simbolismo desempeña un papel importante en la vida religiosa de la humanidad, que en las manifestaciones religiosas están contenidas las fuerzas culturales por medio de las cuales los grupos humanos se piensan así mismos y a los otros y que el fenómeno de la muerte representa ante todo, un acontecimiento de tipo social que contribuye a la cohesión del grupo, gestando sentimientos y acciones de solidaridad, encuentro, perdón y afectividad |
Resumen en inglés | It is about an anthropological type investigation that had as objective to study from the ethnography the religious phenomenon from the cult to the deceaseds, carrying out a description and philosophical-anthropological analysis of the natural phenomenon of the death and its symbolic representations. This study was carried out in the social community of “El Consejo de Ciruma”, located in the Municipality Miranda of the Zulia State. For such an effect, it shows up a theoretical pertinent revision, in order to understanding the notion of death from an interdisciplinary perspective: Philosophical, anthropological and nun. Likewise, the ethnographic method, like a mediation strategy was implemented with the phenomenon to study, by means of the techniques of interviews to key informants, registration of data and observation of the funeral rites, the senses and meanings that one has in front of the death Highlighting, by means of the description of the funeral rite; to determine that the symbolism plays an important part in the humanity’s religious life that it contained in the religious manifestations the cultural forces by means of which the human groups are thought this way same and to the other ones and that phenomenon of the death represents an event of social type that contributes to the cohesion of the group gestating feeling and actions of solidarity, meeting, pardon and affectivity above all |
