Resumen en inglés | Legal environmental education in communities constitutes an instrument to achieve the organization of all factors in order to represent the interests of the residents and for them to acquire greater power and control over the other components of the environment. It empowers social actors, among whom environmental promoters play a determining role, while, with the understanding of the law, they offer knowledge, habits, skills, values, attitudes and modes of action for the education of the citizen's personality to In order to make them responsible in making decisions regarding environmental problems, in this sense, a set of actions is proposed from the training of primary education professionals, who become environmental promoters, to encourage the use of environmental legislation in communities. . Its objective: to propose a pedagogical strategy that favors legal environmental education from the university to the community, this is implemented through the Network of Environmental Promoters for Life (RPAV), in the training of primary education professionals, considering the framework environmental law of Cuba and the extension function of the university. The strategy goes from the systematization of the theoretical references and the community diagnosis, to the design of the proposal for its implementation. The theoretical and practical validity of the actions was demonstrated through consultation with specialists and their introduction into pedagogical practice. |
Resumen en español | La educación ambiental jurídica en las comunidades constituye un instrumento para lograr la organización de todos los factores a fin de representar los intereses de los pobladores y que estos adquieran mayor poder y control sobre los demás componentes del medio ambiente. Empodera a los actores sociales, entre los que juegan un papel determinante los promotores ambientales, en tanto, con la comprensión de la ley, ofrecen conocimientos, hábitos, habilidades, valores, actitudes y modos de actuación para la educación de la personalidad del ciudadano a fin de hacerlo responsable en la toma de decisiones frente a los problemas ambientales, en tal sentido, se propone un conjunto de acciones desde la formación del profesional de la educación primaria, devenido promotor ambiental, para incentivar el empleo de la legislación ambiental en las comunidades. Tiene como objetivo: proponer una estrategia pedagógica que favorezca la educación ambiental jurídica desde la universidad a la comunidad, esta se implementa mediante la Red de Promotores Ambientales por la Vida (RPAV), en la formación del profesional de la educación primaria, considerando el marco legal ambiental de Cuba y la función extensionista de la universidad. La estrategia transita desde la sistematización de los referentes teóricos y el diagnóstico comunitario, hasta el diseño de la propuesta para su puesta en práctica.
