| Resumen en inglés | The purpose of this study was to analyze the impact that the organic law for Science, Technology and Innovation (LOCT) has, since its enactment in 2005, on linking business-university-government. The study was conducted from the perspective of the Sabato triangle. Research undelying this paper served as the basis for the creation of the Research Management Unit of the Faculty of Business Administration and Accounting of the Lisandro Alvarado University, the unit was created for satisfy the demandss of research and technical assistance to companied in their business management, technology and innovation. The study showed the need to systematize technology management tools, we conducted a field study, assisted with qualitative tools to investigate the opinion of the actors involved, on the impact of law, concluding that: a) from a business perspective is conceived more as a tax law, there are expectations for monitoring, control and execution of projects and the regulatory framework for approval of projects; b) from perspective of university is considered: support for creation of research units, and emphatizes on the achievement resources for research and scholarship over generation of knowledge and innovation transfer, and from goverment perspective, science could applied for national innovative development |
