Resumen en español Introduction: Tuberculosis (TB) is a wasting or consumption disease which causes metabolic changes in tuberculosis patients. The metabolic changes that can occur are decreased appetite, micronutrient malabsorption, and malnutrition. The purpose of this research was to determine the differences in the result of an oral combination of vitamins B1, B6, and B12 supplementations on Interferon Gamma (IFN-γ) levels and CD4+ T-cell counts in pulmonary tuberculosis patients receiving first-line Opioid Agonist Therapy (OAT) compared to only OAT therapy.
