Resumen en español The stylet-driven delivery system was replaced with a pre-shaped catheter delivery system for conduction system pacing several years ago, as it offered easier access to the pacing location. However, in several countries, including Indonesia, the availability of catheter systems remains limited. This study aimed to evaluate the occurrence and severity of tricuspid regurgitation when using the stylet-driven lead delivery system in patients undergoing His and Left Bundle Branch (LBB) pacing.
