| Resumen en español | ¿Qué harías si un día te levantaras y te dieras cuenta que la fricción, por alguna extraña razón, dejó de existir? ¿Cómo se desarrollaría tu día? ¿Sería mejor o peor? Lo que es cierto es que sucederían cosas extrañas en todos los ámbitos de nuestra vida, impidiéndonos realizar nuestras actividades diarias, como el vestirnos, utilizar objetos y aparatos cotidianos, manejar equipos industriales o conducir automóviles: ¡todo funcionaría diferente! A pesar de no ser una fuerza fundamental (las cuatro fuerzas fundamentales son: gravitatoria, electromagnética, nuclear fuerte y nuclear débil (Resnick, 2001: 117), es indispensable para el funcionamiento de casi todas las cosas |
| Resumen en inglés | What would you do if one day you wake up and you realize that friction, for some strange reason, exists no more? What would it happen? How would you develop your day? Would it be better or worse? What it is certain is that strange things would happen in every aspect of our lives, or even it would be impossible to do almost all every day activities where friction is involved sometimes without realizing it, as getting dressed, using everyday objects or devices, machinery and vehicles, all would work in different manner.
