| Resumen en inglés | The peopling of the American continent has been the subject of numerous theories, each of them amazing for its expectations, and some, crazy. Throughout the article we will analyze some of the theories about the origin and spread of man in America that have been developed, their proposals, and their authors. The reader will understand the possibilities of habitat and its origin. The prehistory of the American continent is one of the least known stages of America, mainly because the pre-Hispanic period attracts the imagination and enthusiasm of many readers: the Incas, the Aztecs, the Mayans. But, as we will show, the Paleoindian period is a very interesting and fascinating period. In addition, the analysis of its evolution, its industry and its economy will help us to know the beginnings of the "great cultures". |
| Resumen en español | El poblamiento del continente americano ha sido objeto de numerosas teorías, cada una de ellas asombrosa por sus expectativas, y algunas, disparatadas. A lo largo del artículo se analizan las teorías básicas que se han desarrollado sobre el origen y difusión del hombre por América. Sus propuestas, y sus autores. El lector comprenderá las posibilidades de hábitat y su origen. La prehistoria del continente americano es una de las etapas menos conocidas de América, principalmente porque el periodo prehispánico atrae la imaginación y el entusiasmo de muchos lectores: los incas, los aztecas, los mayas. Pero, como mostraremos, el periodo paleoindio es un periodo muy interesante y fascinante. Además, el análisis de su evolución, su industria y su economía nos ayudarán a conocer los inicios de las "grandes culturas". |
