| Resumen en español | La investigación tuvo como propósito analizar las estrategias de responsabilidad social empleadas por el Poder Judicial para ofrecer un adecuado servicio de justicia. La investigación fue de tipo básica y cualitativa; los métodos empleados fueron la observación, la entrevista, el grupo focal y el análisis de contenido, mediante los cuales se pudo decodificar el significado de las prácticas de responsabilidad social de la Administración de Justicia y el vínculo entre justicia y sociedad. Las fuentes de información estuvieron compuestas por documentos de diversos tipos, como disposiciones jurídicas, sentencias, artículos académicos, archivos periodísticos, etc. Se tomará como estudio de caso a la Corte Superior de Justicia de Áncash. Finalmente, se presentan reflexiones sobre las experiencias de responsabilidad social promovidas por el Poder Judicial y su contribución para mejorar la comprensión respecto a su rol como agente de desarrollo social |
| Resumen en inglés | The objective of this article was to analyze the social responsibility strategies of those used by the Judiciary to offer a good justice service. The research was of a basic and qualitative type, therefore, the methods used were observation, interview, focus group and content analysis, through which it was able to decode the meaning of the social responsibility practices of the administration of justice and the link between justice and society. The sources of information were made up of various types of documents: legal provisions, sentences, academic articles, journalistic files, etc. The Ancash Superior Court of Justice will be taken as a case study. Finally, reflections are presented on the experiences of social responsibility promoted by the Judiciary and its contribution to improve respect for its role as an agent of social development |
