| Resumen en español | La Disciplina Formación Pedagógica General, tiene carácter integrador al modelar el modo de actuación profesional desde los fundamentos que deben ofrecer las asignaturas que la conforman en todas las carreras pedagógicas. El proceso de formación profesional está llamado a centrase en el aprendizaje más que en la enseñanza, de manera que constituya un punto de partida para su dirección, como el proceso dialéctico de apropiación de los contenidos y las formas de conocer, hacer, convivir y ser construidos en la experiencia sociohistórica, en la cual se producen, como resultado de la actividad del individuo y la interacción con otras personas, cambios relativamente duraderos y generalizables, que le permiten adaptarse a la realidad, transformarla y crecer como personalidad. En clases observadas, muestreo a los expedientes de las asignaturas, a las validaciones de los programas, y el producto de la actividad de los estudiantes, se evidenciaron limitaciones en cuanto a la búsqueda de nuevos conocimientos por parte de los estudiantes y carencias en la preparación de los docentes relacionadas a la indagación como método, impidiendo en las materias el desarrollo del pensamiento lógico, de ahí que resulte medular esta investigación, la cual es resultado de este estudio exploratorio en las carreras pedagógicas y tiene como objetivo instruir a los profesores del colectivo de dicha disciplina en la aplicación del método indagatorio |
| Resumen en inglés | The Discipline Pedagogic General Formation has an integration character on having shaped the way of professional action from the foundations that must offer the subjects that shape in all pedagogical careers. The process of vocational training is called to focus in the learning more than in the education, so that it constitutes a point of item for its direction, as the dialectical process of appropriation of the contents and the ways of knowing, doing, coexisting and being constructed in the historical experience, in which there take place, as result of the activity of the individual and the interaction with other persons, relatively lasting and that can be generalized changes, which they allow to adapt to the reality, to transform and to grow as personality. In observed classes, the sample to the processes of the subjects, to the validation of the programs, and the product of the activity of the students, limitations demonstrated as for the search of new knowledge on the part of the students and lacks in the preparation of the teachers related to the investigation as method, preventing in the matters, the development of the logical thought, of there that turns out to be fundamental in this investigation, which is a result of this exploratory study in the pedagogical careers and has as aim to instruct the teachers of the group of the above mentioned discipline in the application of the investigatory method |
