| Resumen en español | Para la búsqueda de alternativas de la producción de pasta de tomate se montó un ensayo en la Empresa Cítrico de Ciego de Ávila. Se evaluó el comportamiento agrícola donde se determino el peso total de los frutos, número de fruto por planta en cada momento de cosecha y se determino el peso promedio de los frutos en las variedades Rossol, 9992 F-1 y Event F-1 en método revolcado de cultivo. Para los análisis de laboratorio se tomaron 10 frutos por variedades donde se determinó la masa o peso de los frutos, % de jugo y los grados Brix para cada una de las variedades. Con estos resultados se determinó la producción en rendimiento de pasta por t. de fruto y por hectárea para 20 % de grados Brix que es el valor que establece la industria. Finalmente se determina los ingresos por venta de pasta a los precios establecidos en el mercado. Como resultado se obtuvo que en las variables agrícolas la variedad Rossol resulto ser superior a los híbridos en el peso de los frutos y el rendimiento sin diferencia estadísticas en el peso total con la variedad 9992 y por quien fue superada en el número de fruto. En las variables de peso, % de jugo y Grados Brix la variedad Rossol mostró valores superiores y por consiguiente mayor producción de pasta por tonelada de fruto y por hectárea. | Resumen en inglés | In search of alternatives for the production of tomato (pasta) a test/ investigation was mounted/set up in January, 2010, in the citric company of Ciego de Avila. The agricultural performance was evaluated whereby the total sediment of the fruits of the plants E the number of fruits on each plant was determined at every haw sting time the average weight of the fruits in the naiveties Rossol 9992 f-1 and Evenl F-1 .Revolcadote were also determined. For the laboratory analyses 10 fruits were token from each variety to determine the mass, the weight of the fruits and % of juice and the grades Brick for each one of the varieties. With these results, the production of pasta for t. of fruit and hectare for 20 % of grades brick were determined and the naive was established in the industry finally the profit y sale and the prices were determined in the market. As a result in the agricultural variable, the variety Rossol turns ant to be greater than the Hybrid, in the weight of the fruits and the efficiency , without statistical difference in the total weight with the variety 9992 which exceed in the number of fruit. In the variables of weighty % of juice and grades Brick, the variety Rossol showed a higher nalve and a bigger production pasta for ton, of fruit. For hectare.
