| Resumen en inglés | This article presents the proposal of bioclimatic and patrimonial analysis in the North Batahola Cultural Center of the City of Managua. Given that the proposal would be based on an existing building, first a theoretical base of design guidelines was established; Subsequently, a diagnosis that will determine the state of the cultural center and requirements, especially of heritage works. Through the application of various existing and created tools, a very close diagnosis of the architectural-structural state of the cultural center was obtained, whose conclusions, together with the bioclimatic analysis, integrated the spectrum of architectural-bioclimatic and structural design criteria necessary to conceive the proposal. Finally, the presentation of the design is made, with its compositional and functional justifications, as well as some examples of the application of bioclimatic criteria, development and valuation of heritage. |
| Resumen en español | Este artículo presenta la propuesta de análisis bioclimático y patrimonial en el Centro Cultural Batahola Norte de la Ciudad de Managua. Dado que la propuesta tendría como base un edificio ya existente, primero se estableció una base teórica de lineamientos de diseño; posteriormente, un diagnóstico que determinara el estado del centro cultural y requerimientos, especialmente de las obras patrimoniales. Mediante la aplicación de diversas herramientas existentes y creadas, se obtuvo un diagnóstico muy cercano del estado arquitectónico-estructural del centro cultural, cuyas conclusiones, en conjunto con el análisis bioclimático, integraron el espectro de criterios de diseño arquitectónico-bioclimático y estructural necesarios para concebir la propuesta. Finalmente, se realiza la presentación del diseño, con sus justificaciones compositivas y funcionales, así como algunos ejemplos de la aplicación de criterios bioclimáticos, desarrollo y valorización del patrimonio. |
