| Resumen en español | Los ecosistemas del mundo están siendo degradados a una velocidad sin precedentes en la historia humana. De ahí que el estudio de la problemática socio-ambiental es una necesidad dentro de las ciencias pedagógicas, por eso se analiza el concepto, sus causas y características. Al respecto, la huella ecológica debe examinar la estructura socio-económica y política de los seres humanos en tanto que esta afecta a los ecosistemas y la misma sociedad. La dominación interna/externa a que está sometida nuestra realidad, impide el surgimiento de toda conciencia crítica. La huella ecológica muestra el proceso de apropiación-producción y sus repercusiones hacia el planeta, los ecosistemas y en la sociedad y sus formas de vida en general. Pero también pretende dar soluciones a la crisis socio-ambiental, desde una perspectiva educativa, pues la huella ecológica es un indicador que evidencia el impacto real de la actividad humana sobre el entorno natural y la misma sociedad |
| Resumen en inglés | The ecosystems of the world are being degraded at a speed without precedents in the human history. Therefore, that to study the problems society - environmental is indicated as a need inside the pedagogic sciences, that's why there are analyzed the concept, his causes and characteristics. On this topic, the ecological footprint must analyze the socio-economic and political structure of the human beings while these affect the ecosystems and the same society. The internal / external domination, to which our reality is submitted, prevents the emergence of any critical conscience. The ecological footprint shows the process of appropriation - production and his repercussion towards the planet, the ecosystems and in the society and his forms of life in general. But also environmental associate tries to give solutions to the crisis, from an educational perspective. So, the ecological footprint is an indicator that demonstrates the real impact of the human activity on the natural environment and the same society |
