| Resumen en inglés | The present research work theoretically handles what is known as orientation, the areas of orientation, and in this particular case the educational orientation, which serves as the guideline to carry out the investigation, aimed at the functions that must be fulfilled, the characteristics that a counselor must have, and the qualities that a counselor must possess. Highlighting that the topic to be investigated lies in identifying the causes for which first-year students are referred to the Educational Guidance department, it is worth mentioning that at the basic level is when students have concerns about endless issues that arise around them. , as well as present both physical and internal changes, derived from their greater or lesser degree of maturity and development, therefore it is convenient that there is an accompaniment in this journey as mentioned above, in order that the student can count on that support provided, coupled with the fact that educational guidance must have a defined scope on which to work and therefore, in this research the importance of identifying the causes for which students are channeled to said department permeates. The foregoing is carried out through a series of instruments (interviews and questionnaires) carried out in order to delve deeper into the subject and arrive at possible answers that contribute to the achievement of the investigation. |
| Resumen en español | El presente trabajo de investigación maneja teóricamente lo que se conoce como orientación, las áreas de la orientación, y en este caso en particular la orientación educativa, la cual funge como la directriz para realizar la investigación, encaminada a las funciones que debe cumplir, las características que debe tener, y las cualidades que se debe poseer un orientador. Destacando que el tema a investigar radica en identificar las causas por las cuales los alumnos de primer año son canalizados al departamento de Orientación Educativa, cabe mencionar, que en el nivel básico es cuando los alumnos tienen inquietudes sobre sinfín de temas que surgen a su alrededor, así como también presentan cambios tanto físicos como internos, derivado de su mayor o menor grado de madurez y desarrollo, por tanto es conveniente que exista un acompañamiento en ese trayecto como se mencionó anteriormente, con la finalidad de que el alumno pueda contar ese apoyo brindado, aunado a que la orientación educativa debe tener un ámbito definido sobre el cual trabajar y por ende, en esta investigación permea la importancia de identificar las causas por las cuales los alumnos son canalizados a dicho departamento. Lo anterior se lleva a cabo mediante una serie de instrumentos (entrevistas y cuestionarios) realizados con la finalidad de ahondar más en el tema y llegar a posibles respuestas que coadyuven al logro de la investigación. |
