| Resumen en español | La hermenéutica es el arte de la interpretación del sentido de los textos. Esta es una de las definiciones modernas más aceptadas dentro de este círculo académico. No obstante, para este ensayo tomaré en consideración la definición romántica de la hermenéutica como el arte de la comprensión espiritual de los textos, en tres autores alemanes Gottfried Herder, Friedrich Ast, y Wilhelm Dilthey. El argumento que guiará el desarrollo de este ensayo será, proponer, que la interpretación espiritual de un texto consiste en comprender al otro como ente creador y en consecuencia comprenderme a mí mismo en tanto sujeto receptor. Este objetivo será alcanzado a través de una breve exposición de las ideas más importantes de los autores ya refenciados. Luego, realizaré una diferencia entre comprensión de sentido e interpretación espiritual, mostraré que ésta última, debería tener el mismo interés en todo ejercicio de interpretación. Finalmente, presentaré algunas conclusiones con relación al desarrollo temático de esta corta discusión |
| Resumen en inglés | Hermeneutics is the art of interpreting the meaning of texts. This is one of the most accepted modern definitions within this academic circle. However, for this essay I will take into consideration the romantic definition of hermeneutics as the art of spiritual understanding of texts, in three German authors Gottfried Herder, Friedrich Ast, and Wilhelm Dilthey. The argument that will guide the development of this essay will be to propose that the spiritual interpretation of a text consists of understanding the other as a creative entity and consequently understanding myself as a receiving subject. This objective will be achieved through a brief exposition of the most important ideas of the authors already mentioned. Then, I will make a difference between understanding of meaning and spiritual interpretation, I will show that the latter should have the same interest in every exercise of interpretation. Finally, I will present some conclusions regarding the thematic development of this short discussion |
