| Resumen en inglés | In this research, the authors analyze the Management of Vocational Guidance in the Educational Unit "Carlos Cisneros" of the city of Riobamba, for which it is intended to know by the actors of vocational guidance the existence of it, and how they perceive it, For this, the 266 students of the tenth year of basic general education of the technical careers offered by the educational unit, the teachers (10) of them, and the participants (4) of the department of the Department of Student Counseling have been taken as a sample. (DECE). Tests were applied to these people to know their perception and it was found that almost half of the students state that they do not clearly know the professional figures of the Technical Baccalaureate, and the rest know very little about them. What can be deduced is that a joint effort is needed between teachers, authorities, DECE, students and parents in order to better guide young people in this type of decision. Once the surveys have been applied to the DECE staff, it can be affirmed that they are fully aware that the vocational guidance work that must be carried out with the students is incomplete, since it is necessary to strengthen the personal identity of the students, affirming their self-esteem and transcendent value; as well as articulate their work with the help of other co-workers and especially with parents, who are the direct, main and permanent influence on the decisions that young people make. |
| Resumen en español | En este articulo habla sobre cómo se ejecutó una auditoria informática en la unidad Educativa Miguel ngel León Pontón, de la ciudad de Riobamba¨, provincia de Chimborazo, como objetivo la detección de falencias en los sistemas de cómputo y el sistema de notas permitiendo dar información sobre el estado de estas y así permitir la optimización de los recursos. Para su desarrollo se aplicó entrevistas a encargado del laboratorio y estudiantes del aula, se empleó diferentes técnicas como de observación, cuestionarios y la revisión de los documentos. Se identifico algunas debilidades como: la sobre carga de recursos en las maquinas, la cual se determinó que la unidad educativa no cuenta con unas máquinas óptimas para el uso de los estudiantes. Se recomienda que tomen asunto las autoridades de la Unidad Educativa Miguel ngel León Pontón que actualicen sus equipos para garantizar un mejor uso y aprendizaje de los estudiantes y para el sistema de notas. |
