| Resumen en español | Esta investigación consiste en caracterizar, desde una perspectiva comparativa, los posicionamientos de la Cuestión Malvinas adoptados en los ámbitos multilaterales de la ONU, la OEA y la CELAC por las administraciones de Cristina Fernández de Kirchner, Mauricio Macri y Alberto Fernández dentro del periodo comprendido entre los años 2012 y 2022.La comparación es relevante, ya que, desde el retorno de la democracia, todos los Gobiernos argentinos han realizado enormes esfuerzos por solucionar el diferendo por vías pacíficas vis a vis con Reino Unido. En paralelo, y ante la negativa del Reino Unido de sentarse a negociar, nuestro país ha recurrido ininterrumpidamente a organismos internacionales y regionales en la búsqueda de apoyos y consensos que logren poner en agenda la disputa territorial y que impulsen la reanudación de las negociaciones.Para ello, utilizando el método cualitativo del estudio de caso comparativo basándonos en investigación documental y análisis del discurso, constatamos que se advierten oscilaciones entre las distintas administraciones. Esto se debe al mayor o menor protagonismo asignado a este lineamiento de política exterior, a sus diferentes modelos de vinculación internacional, a las características y estilos de liderazgo de los propios presidentes y sus cancilleres y a los momentos de tensión o distensión en la relación bilateral con el Reino Unido. |
| Resumen en inglés | The purpose of this research is to characterize, from a comparative perspective, the positions on the Malvinas Question adopted by the administrations of Cristina Fernández de Kirchner, Mauricio Macri and Alberto Fernández in the multilateral spheres of the UN, the OAS and CELAC, from 2012 to 2022.The comparison is relevant because since the return of democracy, all Argentinian governments have made enormous efforts to resolve the dispute by peaceful means vis- -vis with the United Kingdom. At the same time, and in view of the United Kingdom's refusal to sit down to negotiate, our country has uninterruptedly resorted to International and Regional Organizations in the search for support and consensus to put the territorial dispute on the agenda and encourage the resumption of negotiations.To this end, using the qualitative method of the comparative case study based on documentary research and discourse analysis, we found that oscillations between the different administrations are observed. This is due to the greater or lesser prominence assigned to this foreign policy guideline, their different models of international linkage, the characteristics and leadership styles of the respective presidents and their foreign ministers, and the moments of tension or détente in the bilateral relationship with the United Kingdom. |
