| Resumen en inglés | A retrospective, longitudinal and descriptive study is done of patients with alcohol dependence and multiple entries in the Psychiatric Hospital "Luis Ramirez Lopez" Guantanamo, linked to the area south of the town, with the aim of identifying micro-social factors influencing the deterioration of the quality of life of these patients, from January to December 2010. The universe consists of all alcohol-dependent income of the area in the studied year (40 cases), taking as sample 36 patients selected for inclusion criteria; several in admissions diagnosed with alcohol dependence, Southern Health Area, that the data in the medical records are complete and have no positive psychiatric symptoms today. variables were studied : marital status, type of family, living, quality of life and associated entities.: Among the micro-social factors that have predominance in the deterioration of the quality of life of these alcoholic studied patients is the lack of support from the family as the main factor that generates the loneliness and isolation of these patients. The results are proof that the quality of life for these patients is poor, and there influence factors are subordinate to the individual. |
| Resumen en español | Se realiza un estudio retrospectivo, longitudinal y descriptivo de pacientes con dependencia alcohólica y varios ingresos en el Hospital Psiquiátrico Provincial "Luís Ramírez López" de Guantánamo, vinculados al área de salud Sur del municipio, con el objetivo de identificar los factores microsociales que influyen en el deterioro de la calidad de vida de estos pacientes, en el periodo comprendido desde enero hasta diciembre de 2010. El universo está constituido por la totalidad de los ingresos con dependencia alcohólica de dicha área en el año en estudio (40 casos), tomando como muestra 36 pacientes seleccionados por criterios de inclusión. Se estudian las variables: estado civil, tipo de familia, convivencia, calidad de vida y entidades asociadas. Entre los factores microsociales que mayor predominio tienen en el deterioro de la calidad de vida de estos pacientes alcohólicos estudiados se encuentra la falta de apoyo de la familia como factor principal, que genera la soledad y el aislamiento de estos pacientes. |
