| Resumen en español | En este artículo se hará una breve ponderación de derechos relacionados con el tema de la llamada muerte digna. El objetivo principal es conocer la importancia de los derechos que intervienen en el proceso de elección de una persona para suscribirse una voluntad anticipada, y decidir sobre su propia vida, así como de las circunstancias que la llevan a tomar dicha decisión. Se tomarán en cuenta los aspectos que intervienen en este proceso para conocer la importancia que tienen y cómo influyen en la voluntad de las personas con enfermedades terminales. También se hará un análisis de la ley de Voluntad Anticipada para el Distrito Federal, con el fin de conocer las ventajas o deficiencias que presenta en cuanto a los cuidados paliativos. Se concluye con una postura frente al derecho de las personas a que les respeten su voluntad a decidir sobre su vida, asimismo, sobre su muerte |
| Resumen en inglés | In this article there will be a brief consi-deration of rights related to the theme of the so-called dignified death. The main objective is to know the importance of the rights that intervene in the process of choosing a person to subscribe an antici-pated will, and decide on their own life, as well as the circumstances that lead them to make such a decision. The aspects that intervene in this process will be conside-red, to know the importance they have and how they influence the will of people with terminal illnesses. There will also be an analysis of the law of Advance Will for the Federal District, in order to know the advantages or deficiencies that this law presents in terms of palliative care. It ends by concluding with a position on the right of people to respect their will to decide about their lives, and about their death |
