| Resumen en español | Tópico que en los últimos tiempos ha sido tema de conversación de familias, comunidades y empresas es el relacionado a los Valores. No es difícil encontrar quien manifieste que: se han perdido los valores Los análisis de expertos y quienes al parecer, están «preocupados» por tan peligrosa crisis no se han hecho esperar, y como resultado de sus esfuerzos, han surgido múltiples teorías entre las que se destacan por un lado, la de los pesimistas, que avizoran un futuro nada prometedor y sostienen que, «esto no lo arregla nadie», y por el otro la de los optimistas, que aseguran que el problema tendrá solución, cuando los que componen la sociedad entiendan y actúen conforme a los principios que en definitiva son los que perfilarán la conducta, personalidad y futuro de los que habitan esta nación. Concebir un país próspero no es cosa fácil, y para alcanzar este objetivo es fundamental modelar en hogares y organizaciones nuevas actitudes, que de manera genuina reflejen Compromiso y elevados niveles de Empatía, Respeto, Moralidad, Ética y Humildad, por lo que el clamor de las colectividades está orientado a construir, a corto plazo, una plataforma que brinde opciones de crecimiento personal y profesional a nuestros descendientes. Para proyectarse en el futuro, es necesario escudriñar el pasado y conocer las situaciones que golpean la actualidad; entre las que se destacan, los modelos copiados para «educar», que poco favor han hecho al avance del país y sus consecuencias se reflejan en: • Los alarmantes índices de deserción y repitencia escolar. • Niños y jóvenes buhoneros, maromeros y limpiadores de parabrisas de automóviles. • Los ajustes de cuentas entre bandas delictivas. • El incremento de los embarazos en adolescentes. • Profesionales enseñados pero no educados. • Problemas y diferencias entre miembros de familias, comunidades y organizaciones. • La violencia y el resentimiento como mecanismo de defensa que han dej |
| Resumen en inglés | In the last time, this topic of values has been a theme of families, communities and enterprises conversation. It’s not difficult to find someone who says: The values have lost. The analysis of experts, who are worried for this dangerous crisis, have not waited and as a result of their efforts, it has appeared many theories which are in one side, theories of pessimists, who see a future very badly and keep that this no one can fix it, and in the other side, theories of optimists who says that this problems will be solved, when the elements of society understand and act in accordance with the principles which will polish the behavior, personality and future of those who live in this nation. To have a prosperous country is not an easy thing and to reach this objective is very important modeling new attitudes at homes and organizations, that really reflects commitment and high levels of empathy, respect, morality, ethic and humility, which is the request of communities is directed to build, a short time, a platform that give options of personal and professional improvement to ours descendants. In order to project to the future it’s necessary to look at the past and know the situations that hit the actuality, which are the copy models in order to educate, that not much favor have made for the country’s advance and its consequences are reflected in: *The terrible index of scholar desertion and repetition. *Kids and adolescents of streets. *War between thieves bands. *Increase of adolescents pregnancy. *Professional with instruction but not educated. *Problems and differences between members of families, communities and organizations. *Violence and bitterness as mechanism of defense that have left many human lost.
