Resumen en inglés | Material and methods: A 100 feminine patients were studied with a report abnormal of the cytology cervico-vaginal. The interrogatory, Papanicolaou registry, Reid´s colposcopic index and biopsy confirming the dysplasia. Results: Age was in mean 36.9 years, the initiation of sexual active life was 19.25 years. The number of partners was 2.57. The first pregnancy was at 20.82 years and the 45% of them were nonsmokers. All of them had colposcopy which confirmed the presence of papiloma virus. Conclusions: The young initiation of sexual life and the fact of multiple partners were factors for developing cervical dysplasia as much the presence of papiloma virus. This is a chronic, long standing evolution, sexually transmitted and multifactorial disease |
