| Resumen en español | Un equipo interdisciplinario es comprendido por diferentes profesiones, las cuales realizan actividades que van dirigidas a un mismo objetivo, cada una de ellas interactúan entre sí, en su nivel y con la trascendencia que le ocupa el rol que desempeñan dentro del equipo. Sin embargo, la interacción se ve integrada por cada profesional del equipo de salud y su conocimiento, por lo que no sólo se trata de establecer si la relación interdisciplinaria existe dentro del contexto hospitalario, sino de discernir si las cualidades de esa relación modi can la dinámica de interacción y comunicación entre las disciplinas, sin embargo existen múltiples factores que entorpecen la dinámica del grupo de trabajo, por lo que se pretende describir la interacción que tienen los estudiantes de la Licenciatura en Enfermería con el equipo de salud y si ésta puede modi car la atención brindada al paciente. Material y Métodos. El diseño de investigación utilizado fue cualitativo, fenomenológico, descriptivo. La recolección de datos se llevó a cabo con 11 estudiantes del 4to. año de la Licenciatura en Enfermería, a través de una entrevista semiestructurada. Resultados. Las entrevistas realizadas generaron un espacio de re exión, una visión autocrítica de las relaciones que se crean con las diversas profesiones con las que se colabora día con día, sin embargo pareciera que no se facilita el intercambio completo y oportuno de información entre todos los profesionales de la salud, así como la comunicación y el reconocimiento interprofesional. Conclusiones. Las relaciones efectivas dentro del equipo de salud se desarrollarán a través de la reciprocidad y la comunicación existente entre los profesionales involucrados, ayudando a trascender las limitaciones del trabajo, así como a integrar sus conocimientos haciendo de esto una estrategia que facilite el trabajo en equipo, por lo que es necesario asegurarnos no sólo del cumplimiento de los objetivos e |
| Resumen en inglés | An interdisciplinary team is formed by different professions which carry out activities that are aimed towards one same objective, each of them interact with one another, in their own level and transcending the role that are theirs to full in the team. However, the interaction is formed by each professional in the health team and their knowledge, it is not just a matter of establishing whether the interdisciplinary relationship exists within the hospital context or not, but also to distinguish whether the qualities of this relationship modify the interaction dynamics and the communication between each of the disciplines. Still, there are multiple factors that impede the group dynamics, therefore we pretend to describe the interaction that Nursing students have with the health team and if such communication can modify the attention that is given to the patients. Method and materials. The design of the research was qualitative, phenomenological and descriptive. The data was collected from 11 four year nursing students in the form of a semi-structure interview. Results. The interviews created an area of reection, a self-critic vision on the relationships that are created between the different professions that work side by side on a daily basis; however, it would seem that the total and opportune exchange of information between all health professionals is not easy, as well as the communication and the inter-professional acknowledgement. Conclusions. The effective relationships between the health professionals will develop throughout the existing reciprocity and communication between the involved professionals, helping to transcend the job’s limitations, as well as integrating their knowledge and creating a strategy that eases teamwork.
