| Resumen en español | El presente trabajo informa sobre el comportamiento durante nueve años de una parcela de cedro (Cedrelaodorata L) en asociación con plátano burro CEMSA, plantada en agosto de 2004, en la Unidad de Desarrollo Científico Técnico del Instituto de Investigaciones de Ingeniería Agrícola, enclavada en el municipio de Alquízar, provincia de Artemisa. Los tratamientos de riego consistieron en multiplicar la Evapotranspiración de Referencia (ETo) por Coeficientes de Cultivo (Kc) con valores de 1,0; 0,75 y 0,5 y un tratamiento sin riego. Las mediciones de altura y diámetro a los nueve años, muestran diferencias estadísticamente significativas a favor de los tratamientos con los coeficientes 1,0 y 0,75, con relación al de valor de 0,5 y al tratamiento sin riego, seleccionándose el tratamiento de Kc con valor de 0,75, pues suple totalmente los requerimientos hídricos de los dos cultivos en asociación |
| Resumen en inglés | The present study show the behavior during nine years of a cedar parcel (Cedrelaodorata L) in association with plantain burro CEMSA, planted in August 2004, in the Unit of Technical Scientific Development of the Institute of Agricultural Engineering Research, located in the municipality of Alquízar, province of Artemisa. The irrigation treatments consisted on multiplying the Reference Evapotranspiration (ETo) for the Crop coefficients (Kc) with values of 1.0, 0.75 and 0.5 and a treatment without irrigation. The height and diameter values for nine years show differences statistically significant in favor of the treatments with Crop coefficients 1.0 and 0.75, with relationship to the Crop coefficients with value of 0.5 and the treatment without irrigation, being selected the treatment of Kc with value of 0.75 because it supplies the water requirements of the two cultures in association |
